ATLANTIS-DID IT REALLY EXIST AND WHERE IS IT NOW?

The question as it was posed?
I have read many stories about the lost city of Atlantis. Did it ever really exist and if so, why have the ruins never been found?

The existence of an ancient technologically, advanced Utopian civilization that somehow suddenly sunk into the sea, has been written about, hypothesized and discussed over the centuries ever since the writings of Plato when he envisioned a great naval power lying close to the “Pillars of Hercules”, one pillar being the “Rock of Gibraltar”, the second pillar is still unknown.

Some scholars think that Plato was drawing upon memories of past events, when in truth, he was unknowingly drawing on future remembered events. Without going into detail here, personal psyche has the ability to remember the future as well as the past since inwardly, both exist simultaneously. The legend of Atlantis has become much more popular in recent history than it ever was in the past and many theories have been proposed concerning discovering the existing remains of this ancient “Shangri La” somewhere in the depths of the worlds oceans.

Some believe that it can be found in the area of the Aegean Sea, some in the Caribbean and some in the Arctic. Of course, this civilization, supposedly over 10,000 years old, could be anywhere since the earth’s landmasses and oceans have migrated and are not in the same positions they were in more ancient times.

There have been some very advanced civilizations that have existed on earth before what you consider recorded time. Some divergent offshoots of what you would refer to as primitive man were not primitive at all in comparison to your present day cultures. This was alluded in the Atlantis myths and legends of a very technologically advanced civilization that somehow disappeared within days in your scale of time. The real Atlantis did not disappear since it never really existed in physical fact. It did exist and still does in psychological fact in the vast field of probabilities and it is a viable functioning system of reality, from the Atlantans viewpoint, just as solid and concrete as earth.

From your viewpoint, it does not YET exist, since it has not been actualized in your version of atomic structure. Plato, was a very intuitive personality, and in his psychic musings, pre-cognitively sensed, picked up on the future probable existence of such an advanced civilization that every man and woman would like to inhabit. Edgar Cayce also pre-cognitively saw the existence of this future civilization, but placed it in the past, not realizing what he was seeing was a future civilization not yet realized within the physical system, but somehow based on real civilizations of the past that died out or advanced to the point that they ventured into other planetary systems. In that respect, the earth is far older than supposed by scientists and has been the home to some civilizations that greatly surpassed yours in certain aspects of their technological development.

It should be mentioned here that a civilization can evolve and move to another planetary system in other ways besides travel in a space vehicle. Through intent, an entire civilization can be reconstituted in another part of the galaxy or universe by dying out of your earth system individually or in masse and choosing to be born into another system at the other end of the universe, from your perspective. I say “your perspective”, because the universe you know, is only your “apparent universe” only and has very little to do with what you consider to be “time and space”. Incidentally, this type of individual or mass exodus of a civilization to another system could be accomplished if the current earth civilization is somehow destroyed or made unlivable to your species in the future.

Your universe is yours only, and your particular perceptive proclivities cannot be transposed on other civilizations who perceive something entirely different from the available undifferentiated energy configuration you call a universe. In a very real way your senses demand that you interpret certain things in certain ways unique to your own species in our own world. Other species, in other worlds do the same, and in that way, all worlds are kept in their own place, since you cannot mix and match the countless varieties of totally unique species and their sensual apparatuses distributed throughout the universe and you cannot mix and match the various systems either.

The true, prime universe does not exist in space, nor is it bound by time, but in psychological values hard to explain, other than to say, the prime universe, exists more in something approximating a very real dream or a superlative idea of All That Is, always expanding into a medium that cannot be adequately explained or understood by the current limited abilities of the human brain that must interpret its knowledge in terms of spoken words, phrases and physical constructions. It can be somewhat understood intuitively by the curious, inquiring and persistent mind.

Atlantis and its civilization already exist and will always exist in the probable system and may or may not be actualized and constructed in the world of concrete objects and events. In that respect, it is something for humanity to strive for, to evolve into and to inhabit sometime in the future when you have worked through current challenges. In that respect, you are not yet prepared for Atlantis.

DO THE SURVIVING DEAD MISS HUMAN SENSATIONS?

The Question as it was posed;
Just wondering if in the time that we leave our bodies and go on if we won't look back on our time here on earth and miss the small pleasures that we can only have while in a physical body?
Like human touch, isn't that really why anyone seeks to be with just one other person is for the physical touch that we all crave even as babies. Look at all the studies that have been done proving that babies don't thrive without human touch and isn't that what we all search for in our lives?
Isn't that what everyone has in common no matter what their religious beliefs are?

What a really great question and observation. You have touched on the very reason that physical life as you know it exists the way it does. Your particular system of reality is but one of many that exist and not one is the same as any other. The way consciousness has divided itself up and dispersed itself through countless reality (world) systems allows for the ultimate diversity of experience that assures that no possible experience will ever be left un-manifest. You are sensualists, but not the only sensualists. All physically materialized worlds are inclined to lean toward vivid sensual experience that could not be known in quite the same way in the non-physical systems.

Remember, when you are dead, no longer effective in the physical world, in your terms, you are still very alive and vital in other realities where different rules apply and different senses predominate. Of course the non-physical personality has no eyes, but they see quite well. The outer senses that you are so used to are the exterior representations of corresponding inner senses and all sensation is almost instantaneously sensed by the inner senses first. As a sensual impulse travels through the atoms and molecules of the physical nerve structure, jumping the synapses, it is physically perceived by its various conscious physical components and achieves a new depth of sensuality. They then achieve a different kind of perception than that normally utilized by the non-physical inner identity.

Physical touch is one of the most intimate of the senses since you must reach out and actually touch, in a sense, becoming one with the subject person or object in order to assess the necessary data to form your own personal interpretation of the perceived person/object. With the other outer senses, perception is not quite so personal, carried on from a distance so there is the impression of separation of perceiver from the perceived that is not so apparent with the sense of touch.

In a larger sense, you are perceivers, and it would be true to say that if you did not perceive, nothing could exist as you know it. The overall function of the universe and outside of the universe that you know, is to create and then to perceive and evaluate your creations. It is not an overstatement to say that if you could not perceive using the senses that you utilize so well, your familiar universe would not exist. Of course, to other beings utilizing different sensual apparatus, the universe exists in entirely different terms anyway. It would not be too far off of the mark to say that the world as you know it would not exist if you could not see, smell, taste, hear or touch. Of course, something exists, but what it is depends on your human interpretation of the existing data, prejudiced by your particular type of sensual apparatus..

Let me for the moment say that “Yes” the tree in the forest exists if there is no person there to perceive it, but it exists only in terms of the consciousness there to perceive it. It even exists if a camera automatically triggered, takes a picture of the tree in the absence of a human personality. All objects, persons and events that you perceive take on the form that you then extract from the available “energy driven data” of the original creator. Nothing exists “Concrete and Absolute”. The same tree looks differently to a bird, a frog or an ant than it does to you. Each consciousness creates its own form around an existing invisible “Energy Pattern”, and once the pattern is created, the object will reappear again and again indefinitely to anyone within range. A tree is also perceived by a flower or blade of grass.

There are countless inhabited planetary reality systems and systems that exist with and without planets as a platform for conscious experience, all create their own conditions for the appearance of matter, some more physical than others. There are spectrums of matter that exist in their own level of solidity even in the same space that you now occupy, but you cannot detect it within your particular range of perception. In that respect, there is no lack of space and in the probable systems and there is no lack of diversity in the mechanics of perception. Each system, each individual consciousness has its own unique perceptive apparatus, and you cannot equate them with your familiar five senses. Some may be, but not necessarily.

Sensual experience through the physical senses is then added to in a unique way when felt though the auspices of the cells and molecules of human structure. Try for a moment to remember some of your really vivid dreams. The intensity of those dreams has probably faded somewhat, but at the time, you probably heard sounds in your dreams, you see others and landscapes in your dreams with dream eyes. You talk with friends and relatives in your dreams, you hear the rustle of the leaves with your dream ears and you feel the ocean mist and warmth of the sun on your face in your dream excursions to the beach, so not being in a physical body (dead) does not eliminate the pleasures of the senses, even though the survival personality must learn to utilize new inner senses.

Like anything else, the survival personality misses the familiarity of earthly values and pleasures, but the good new is that, in terms of friendships, love relationships and memorable times spent with those you care about, the times and the loves will never fade and you will meet those who you are fond of again and again.

It has been said before that “It ain’t over ‘till the fat lady sings” and in terms of your own identity and all consciousness, the fat lady will never sing. Consciousness cannot be diminished, destroyed, assailed or negated and is eternally relevant.

ADDENDUM to “THE HEALER WITHIN (Previous Article")

I have never thought it necessary to "addemdumize" a previous article before, but I believe I was somewhat lax in explaining exactly what I mean by distorted, conflicting beliefs affecting your health in my last article. It is important that I make clear, that this process has absolutely nothing to do with “morality” or God’s laws, about certain types of behavior. It DOES have a lot to do with whether or not you BELIEVE your behavior is good or bad depending ONLY on what YOU believe is good or bad, and that is the important part of the equation.

So let me give you an example. Because of a recent story regarding infidelity, I will use this as an example in this analogy. Lets say that you are a good practicing Christian, believing and following the particular dogma of your faith. Then lets say that you are married and believe implicitly in fidelity to your spouse that you love dearly. Lets also imagine that you become romantically involved with another woman outside of your marriage and are having a continuing affair with her while still being married.

Now, the fact of you having an extra marital affair could have serious detrimental effects on your health if it conflicts with your closely held religious beliefs that “adultery” is a sin based God’s laws. It is the belief that cause the problem, not the actual religious or social morality. On the other hand, if you have no particular strong religious convictions about adultery, the affair would not, based on this assumption alone, have any detrimental effect on your health, irregardless of whether others might judge it as sinful. I have said this many times before, but the creative process existing in the physical Earth system is not judgmental, but creates both bad and good effects “equally” and the creation of illness is no different in this respect. It simply represents a blockage of the free, unimpeded flow of the unlimited creative energy of the universe as it flows though your corporal being.

In short, it is the CONFLICT of present acts with EXISTING BELIEFS that causes the materialization of illness in the human body, and not the rightness or wrongness or religious correctness of the belief itself. The physical body is the exterior representation of closely held inner beliefs, so inner conflicts can materialize outward into the physical body in some way as illness.

Now, this is only meant as another example, but many of your mass killers were in perfect health, simply because they, rightly or wrongly, wholeheartedly believed that their acts were benefitting humanity . Hitler, for instance, believed that he was doing humanity a service by cleansing the Aryan nation and did not see his acts as wrong. Of course, his beliefs in the eyes of others were reprehensible and totally unacceptable, but he didn’t see it that way. In your eyes, his beliefs were distorted, but in his eyes, they were altruistic, so he did not have to deal with the kind of inner conflicts that would cause ill health since his acts were in line with his beliefs. It is the conflict between action and belief that is important and not the quality of the belief itself.

I realize that this example is a gross over-simplification, since there are a multitude of intermixing factors that cause the health problems, but this was mentioned to give you a better idea of what I mean when I say that dysfunctional, distorted beliefs can cause illness.

Finally, the human body is endowed with an internal monitoring system at the cellular level, each cell knowing its own potentiality and integrity, and when that integrity is jeopardized by illness, signals are sent to the other cells, the immune system kicks in, and given no severe psychological blockages, given the necessary time, the illness will be cured from within. The human body mimics a pre-existing idealized pattern of well-being, balanced immaculately between health and illness, but always leaning toward health.

It is YOU and not some exterior agency that attacks and infects your body. You do it yourself through your thoughts, beliefs and expectations. Given enough leeway and given thoughts THAT AGREE with your personal beliefs and with the prevailing beliefs of your contemporaries and given sufficient time, your biological system will seek to return to its preferred state of balance and healthful equilibrium. Much of the healing process takes place below the conscious level awareness of the awake personality during the sleep state. A handy way of psychologically nudging the inner Healer self into action is by giving yourself the suggestion before you go to sleep, that your cells are moving into the affected area and are making the necessary changes to bring about total healing of the affliction. It is also helpful to EXPECT a healing and do not acquiesce to negative thoughts.

Your body WANTS to be well, it inherently KNOWS how to be well and it will always revert to well-ness if you will just take a step back, get out of the way and not hinder the healing processes.
